Participants will learn to better manage their anger and stress at home and in the workplace.
Through presentations, group discussion and skill-building activities, participants will learn
what anger is, what triggers anger, methods to decrease stress, principles of problem solving,
and effective communication skills. This class is a series that builds upon techniques learned
in previous class periods so it is necessary to attend all four sessions.
