Heart Healthy Cooking

Learn about heart healthy nutrition while
enjoying delicious, flavorful food. Classes focus
on increasing fiber, fruits, vegetables and whole
grains, while decreasing saturated fat and
sodium intake. Limited to the first 16 people per
class.
