MOVE Membership Credits due to Coronavirus Closure

MOVE Members,
Thank you for your understanding as we, and the rest of the world work to mitigate the effects of the Coronavirus. We did want to reach out to ensure you that all active members will be credited for any time that AL!VE has been shut down. The current Executive Order from Governor Whitmer states that we may be able to reopen on Tuesday March 31. If that holds true than the pro-rated amount for that time will be credited to your account reducing your April payment.
For example, a regular primary member at $46/month will receive a credit of $22.25 ($46 per month divided by 31 days in March multiplied by 15 days of shut down) which will be applied to the April payment leaving a balance of $23.75 ($46 minus $22.25) that we be charged to the billing source on file.
NOTE: This policy will be reviewed and renewed as the Executive Order may change over time.
If the shutdown goes into April than we will credit any days that we were closed in that month to your account which will apply to your May payment.
Please feel free to reach out to MOVE via Jake Campbell, AL!VE Director of Health and Wellness at (517) 543-1050, ext. 52461, if you have any questions. Otherwise, we hope that you and your families are staying safe and healthy. And remember to check back here or visit our Facebook page (@ExperienceAlive) for the most up-to-date information on AL!VE’s programs and services. We will continue to keep you informed as new information is released.
Thank you!
