AL!VE is mid-Michigan’s premier community health park, with an integrated array of programs and services including fitness (center and group exercise), spa, therapy and clinical treatment, cooking demonstration, event rental space, community and health education and children’s offerings.
We offer something for everyone. Free activities. Fee-based offerings. Even a membership option, within our fitness center, MOVE. But membership is not a requirement to utilize our facility. AL!VE is open to everyone, and everyone is welcome, regardless of what you choose to participate in.
Whether you come to climb ASCEND (our rock wall), walk on our indoor walking path (EXPLORE), participate in a cooking demonstration, try a group exercise class, or something else, we seek to create a memorable experience for you when you come. Clinical Services

Learn something new at AL!VE as you listen to presenters speak on a variety of valuable and interesting topics, or participate and engage in interactive programs aimed at educating, creating and inspiring.

GROW, our recreation and enrichment area for children ages three-months to 12 years of age, will not only allow adults to participate in activities of their choosing but excite the kids in your life. Youth thrive in this play-based learning atmosphere where movement, arts and crafts, and social interaction occur in a safe and positive environment filled with sensory fun.
Support Groups
Several free support groups meet monthly at AL!VE to discuss topics of personal interest and need, ranging from diabetes to weight loss.
Dining
NOURISH, the AL!VE community café, offers an indoor dining experience with a wide variety Mediterranean- and Latin-inspired cuisine.
Outdoor Activities
AL!VE offers many opportunities to enjoy nature and the outdoors on its property. Whether you’re interested in volunteering to support maintenance of our outdoor amenities or simply want to take in the sights and sounds of the grounds, we have something for everyone.
