Reserving Space at AL!VE

AL!VE meeting spaces can be reserved during normal business hours. Additional fees may apply for reservations made outside normal operating hours. Take a look at our many spaces.

DIRECT is our largest conference space at AL!VE. It can accommodate as few as 10-12 in a small open oval (as pictured above), up to 25 in a large open oval, up to 80 theater style or approximately 45 set formally for dining. This space rents for $200 for 1/2 day (up to 4 hours) or $300 for full day (up to 8 hours). Room rental includes use of A/V which is built into the infrastructure of the room, projector/screen, microphones, conference calling and video recording capabilities.
MINGLE in GATHER. Open breakout space, in common area outside of DIRECT conference room.
PAMPER is our space dedicated to catering and is available outside of DIRECT (pictured above). It is intended to serve larger group who will be dining during their event at AL!VE.
SEEK is a smaller dedicated meeting space at AL!VE. It can accommodate up to 15 people in an open square configuration (as pictured above) or approximately 30 theater style. This space rents for $150 for 1/2 day (up to 4 hours) or $225 for full day (up to 8 hours). Room rental includes use of A/V which is built into the infrastructure of the room and includes projector/screen and conference calling capabilities.
REFLECT is the smaller of our two courtyards. Enjoy casual seating for lunch, or reading. This courtyard is located adjacent to, and accessible from, DISCOVER.
PONDER is the largest of our two courtyards. Enjoy casual seating and conversation under the pergola or lunch at our bistro tables.
ENGAGE is a casual meeting space that can accommodate groups of no more than 12 people. This casual room is equipped with a wall-mounted television to present with and can be reserved for free if booked within a 2 week timeframe.
